Introduction:
1.Self-protection control and lifting, there are control buttons on each floor;
(the control buttons are also provided on the platform).
2. Emergency stop buttons are installed on the upper and lower sides of the work platform to ensure the personal safety of the operators and users.
3. The lifting platform has a self-locking function in the event of power failure or sudden power failure;
4. The product has integrated control function and elevator control system;
5. There are safety guardrails on both sides of the lifting platform (can also be made into cabinet on both sides according to customer requirements);
6. The system is equipped with an emergency descent valve. When the lifting platform is suddenly powered off, this device can be used to safely lower the lifting platform.
Security devices:
1. Emergency protection: There is emergency emergency stop function outside the distribution box. If the equipment has an unexpected situation in the working state, pressing the emergency stop button can ensure that the equipment does not cause secondary accidents;
2. Anti-falling protection: the device is designed with anti-drop system, controlled by anti-drop push rod motor, no matter whether the platform stops at any layer, it is as smooth as stopping on the ground;
3. Cylinder protection: The bottom of the cylinder is equipped with a blasting device. If the oil pipe is broken under the working condition, the explosion-proof valve at the bottom of the cylinder will be in a corresponding explosion state to prevent the cylinder from falling instantaneously;
4. Line protection: Line protection means that the whole set of lines are wrapped by special insulated tubes to prevent direct connection between lines and lines to prevent line leakage and power.
